Disclaimer

Auxillium West is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages from any defect, malfunction, inability or omission in the software or other related items and processes, including, but not limited to service, loss of business, anticipated profit, or other consequential damages.

Licensing Agreement

This software is the product of Auxillium West and is protected by copyright law. You acquire only the right to use the software and do not acquire any rights of ownership.

As an end-user, you are permitted to modify and customize the system for your own use only. HRSource™ features open architecture, which means the end-user may modify any HRSource™ code written by Auxillium West. Any modifications to the code do not alter this license.

For evaluation purposes during the "14-day trial", you may use the software on any single computer.

You also agree:

· Not to remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the software.

· Not to cause or permit translation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the software.

· Not rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the software.

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must uninstall and erase all copies of the software and documentation.

At the end of the "14-day trial", you must either purchase HRSource™ or uninstall and erase all copies of the software and documentation.
